4 Weeks out to the world's and getting bench anxious all of a sudden. Last night dare I say it, I had shoulder pain for the first time in months. Not happy about it either, this too will pass.

145 LBS x 2 (leg cramp is back, breaking out the percussor again tonight, I will have to bring this machine to the world's for sure)

Stopped there with the pain in my right bicep. Bad memories right there.

Short and sweet session, now a few days off training to attend the SWISS and get educated from some of the best presenters in the World.
