I used a catapult on most of my pressing movements to keep the stress on my shoulders and elbows to a minimum. Maximal recovery for my deathlift is priority but I still want to train my other two lifts as well

Floor press -160lbs chain and black metal catapult *heavy set of 4

DB press with black catapult 4 sets of 12

JM press with Safety bar 4 sets of 12

Tricep cable pressdown 4 sets of 12

Abs 3 sets of 12
