I never thought I would be competing this soon after I tore my rotator cuff last Aug. I had surgery in November and I seriously did not think I would be lifting heavy for a year or so. 7 months post shoulder surgery and I am back, keeping strong throughout the recovery process sure helped me get back to where I am now.

So my opener is set at 145 lbs, my shoulder is feeling pretty good, and I am anxiously awaiting June 18th so I can take that platform one more time !
