I was training alone.... again. Definitely not the optimal situation, but sometimes you gotta do it! I felt great, my bench has been getting stronger (I hope)!

I felt really good and was about to hit the 405 for a double but since I was training alone I didn't have a spot. I figured it was best to end on a good note than embarrass myself and miss. It sucks, but that's how it goes sometimes.
Accessory work:
Dumbbell bench press 80x15 90x15 100x25
Probably the most reps I've ever pressed the 100 s for. I was pretty happy about that .
