I trained alone and I felt great, if I had a spot I would have gone heavier.

This was easily the fastest 405 has ever moved. It was touch and go, but I would have liked to see how many reps I could have gotten with it. I really think the "overload" work I have been doing over the past few months has helped a lot. I spent 2 months - every third week using a shoulder saver vs bands and working up to a max. Recently, I have used the sling shot as well. I may start to incorporate some reverse band work.
