I worked up to a max triple to my chest with a straight bar. I felt great warming up so I was pretty confident. I competed at the Arnold at the beginning of the month and hit 400, 425 and missed 440 on bench.

Bench press bar x 5 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x3 385x3 - surprisingly very easy, that was my original goal for the day 400x3 - not easy, but not a grinder either. I widened my grip back out and it seems to be helping a lot.

Accessory work: Pin Press about half ROM - My sticking point. 5x1 315 up to 385 - The last couple were pretty tough. I should probably try to incorporate more of these from different Ranges of Motion.

100 Cable Tri Pushdowns to finish it off.
