I had a whole week off to unbreak my knee. It kind of worked!! I could walk pretty normal by the time Sunday rolled along. The plan was to get some weight into my hands and increase that every week until the Arnold's

2 sets of 15 before I had to get out of there. It was in all another great session at the Barnyard Barbell Club.
Brett had his first go in a shirt!! it was awesome.
