My pec is feeling pretty good again. I like to finish up benching with a higher rep set to pump some blood into my chest. I don't know if it really helps with recovery or not, but I always feel better right after and the next day if I do that.

Close grip 225x 10 x 3 sets

Pullup 3x15 superset farmers walk 3x 30 yards at 110lbs per hand.
