More class schedule changes this week are yet again causing me to rearrange my training schedule. Shocking, I know. Felt pretty good going into training today, but ended up having a pretty mediocre day in the garage. No good reason for it other than I hadn't taken as much food with me to school a I would have if I had known in the morning that I would be training today - but that is no excuse for sucking balls.

We did the PVC (bamboo bar analog) benching because I felt like I needed some activation exercises for my shoulder stabilizers and that sounded like it would work like I wanted. It did, but my bench still sucked grundle.

My abs and hip flexors were still pretty sore from all the keg carries I did on Saturday. And while soreness isn't something that necessarily affects my ability to do work, today it did seem to negatively impact my core work at the end.
