Now that I've given my body some rest after the APF Summer Bash, I'm running an off season training cycle, where my goal is to build upon my healthy movement, and hopefully hit the platform raw, full power in late 2017 or mid 2018, and rack up another 10x bodyweight total.

Monday I got in a really quick and back and biceps training session between clients. Right now I'm just trying to ease back into everything. After the weekend, the barbell work has already made me sore, so just being smart is the goal right now. After working with my clients, I ran to my man Jeff for some ART and chiro work to keep all that at bay.

I tried to watch the eclipse, but we were cloud covered, so that was a total waste. Guess I'll wait another 7 years or whatever it is.
