Something I've been really interested in lately is Calisthenics and Bodyweight Training. There's something incredibly "athletic" and appealing to me about being able to just do cool shit in non-gym environments with your body (this could easily sound dirty, but you know what I mean). Some goals I've set for myself are:

-- 10 strict dead hang pull ups

-- Handstand Pushups (no rep goal yet)

-- BW Pistol Squat

-- Muscle Up

-- 5 Strict Ring Dips

 

Still deciding how I want to incorporate these goals into my upcoming training cycle, but I think the beauty of bodyweight training is that it can be [more] easily incorporated into a regular training plan (as GPP or even recovery work).
