Current total: 830.5 at 132 lb BW - Florida State and National Record Holder in Junior and Open Women's Raw division

Qualified National Strongman competitor and will be competing in Nationals this coming October to qualify for The Arnold in 2016

As I was going through the routine of warming up foam rolling and applying liniment on all the sore areas, I knew that after today, I would need to relax and take a break for the next few days from training. Saturdays we usually run events, but I would be doing myself a disservice if I decided to train.

Box squats - 60% of 1RM (185lbs)

Warm up 2 x 10

9 x 3 working sets (45 second rest)

Body weight/KB circuit:

BW step ups - 10/15/20

BW lunges - 3 x 100 ft

KB squats - 10/15/20

Each set increasing in reps with a 1 minute rest in between

Hyperextensions - 4 x 15

Reverse hyper - 3 x 10
