After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Luckily for me I had Christmas Eve off from work, so I got to sleep in a bit, get a really good training session in, then coach all day at the gym. A good little change of pace on this leg training by mixing up the sequencing of lifts and just cranking the volume in certain places as I felt good. Plus let's be real, I knew a plethora of food was coming on Christmas!
