I’m currently in meet prep for the 2015 IPA Grand Prix Nationals at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on October 24th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Even though I'm in meet prep, I'm going to be maintaining my conditioning and walking. As I mentioned in one of my other logs, one of my grip days is now falling on Monday, so I'll be logging that here. I hit a rep PR on my DOH rack pull, so that's a good sign. I still suck at the Coan deadlifts, but things are slowly getting better. I also used my TENS/EMS unit twice this week on my legs. My recovery has felt good, but I'm trying to stay ahead of the game for my lower body. I know that a lot of this will catch up to me, so I'm trying to push the recovery early.
