330lbs x 1: need to be more patient at lockout. Got some good feedback/cues from Casey and Goggins:

Throw head back sooner "back to the wall"

Squeeze glutes hard and wedge under the bar as it slows down

Cut out unnecessary movement. Be patient.

SSB Good-mornings with chains

100lb chains - 4 x 8

Hyper extensions 4 x 10 (with 35lb plate)
