-These were really slow. I was trying to be methodical and focus on a cue Murph gave me (it's on his IG @tpsmalden). To summarize, I was trying to "push" my chest away from the bar instead of just sitting back to get my chest up. If you've seen my conventional pulls, they suck. My technique is average at best.
