I’m currently in off season mode working on bringing up certain qualities and weaknesses I noticed from the IPA Grand Prix Nationals. This training will be laying the ground for my training cycle into the 2016 XPC Finals.

Tuesday I was back to some traditional training and slowly starting to ramp things back up to get ready for the meet prep training that will start on Saturday. I still had my speed squats and pulls, but I kept things on the lighter end and was just trying to get used to some weight again. I hit a fair amount of volume on my accessory work to flush a lot of blood around into my glutes, hamstrings, quads, and low back. A pretty simple, quick day of training with Hannah again. Starting to get the itch to train heavy again, so I'm really pleased about that. I'm feeling good, so I've made some really good decisions this week.
