I planned on floor pressing with the neutral grip bar but my back was fried from deadlifting and a bunch of rack pulls the day before. My training partner, Travis, who is a competitive powerlifter and one of the Strength and Conditioning Coaches for the Cleveland Indians, came up with this setup.

We used an Elitefts Squat Box on either side of the bench so your elbows would hit in the same range of motion as a floor press. I know, a lot of people want your legs straight and no leg drive in a floor press, but I always keep mine bent anyways, so.... whatever.
