These were faster than last time and with heavier weight, but I still didn't work up because I didn't want to get greedy and screw up my progress.

Adding another plate made the small increase in weight from last week feel much heavier so I lowered the reps.

I skipped my last set of pulldowns because my new and awesom(er) setup with my Spud Inc pulleys was made slightly less awesome because I need a shorter pulldown bar. Video of the new hotness to come next time I do this.
