If you know me or follow my training log my deadlifting has been a lot different than what you're used to seeing. It pretty much has been non existent. My plan now is to use the most basic linear periodization and work my way back up week by week.
Deadlift 135x2 225x2 315x2 405x2 455x1 495x1 545x1 570x1
They were all pretty easy, but I could tell its been awhile. I will pull somewhere around 600 next week, and slowly keep working my way back up.
Secondary Movement: Cambered bar pause squat - ( last week I did these and said I was going to keep them in with the SSB, I went with the cambered bar this week and liked it just as much) 135x2 185x2 225x2 275x2 315x2 345x2 365x2
I think this bar is 65lbs but I just mathed it as a 45 out of convenience.
