Why do you deadlift?

I deadlift because its the tell all of where your strength is currently at. Being that any type of pull that doesn't start from the floor or deficit is always been harder or less weight. Basically if less legs are used less weight I can move. Not that my back is feeling or ever felt weak. The "second" pull needs to be worked on if 500 is ever in my future.

  • 275x1
  • 295x1
  • 315x1

Assistance:

  1. Hypers 3 sets
  2. Power squat 3 sets
  3. Hamstrings curls 3 sets
  4. Seated crunches 4 sets
