Cruz and I have a planned deadlift session at EliteFTS next week so we decided to keep the bar weight lighter on deadlifts and do some work against bands. Pulling against bands can be beneficial for me because it forces me to be more explosive towards my lockout. I then wanted to test my bench since my meet cycle starts in about 3 weeks so figured why not. I ended up hitting a 20lb PR with a 445lb bench. Feeling ready.
