Sometimes your body just needs a break. Well, Im that somebody and my body needs some TLC this week!

I swear, I did not lift any weights this week. Not one.

I did get Body Buffed each and everyday, Iced my knees and elbows everyday, Got my entire body tempered everyday and used percussion therapy on my body everyday too!

Sleeping a bit extra got covered as well.
