After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

I haven't been able to train my incline press consistently for years since being in the garage (set up was a pain in the butt), but now with the gym I'm able to set it up rather easily and feel good about it. I'm hoping that attacking this for 3-6 weeks will let me see some new progress. I have this as a PR but it's really hard to tell based upon the angle. I left a bit in a tank, so we'll just try to improve from week to week here. I wanted to do a bit more accessory work, but I got this down after work and before training some people, so it's all I had time for that day. Still a pretty solid day.
