After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

Friday evening I got some more speed work in, and I'm going to try to shift my schedule around over the next week or so, I'm sure I will be speed benching again prior to next Friday. But overall this session was really good since I was able to squeeze in a midday nap and cram down some good brunch. Solid second week of training for me though.
