After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

Wednesday kicked off another DE wave, going back to the good ole school comp movement vs bands. I do my best to keep this probably the most common in my speed day rotation just so that I'm able to keep a competition based bench day in rather commonly, since I'm not looking to compete in the near future. I use it more as a guide to see how I'm doing over the course of a three week period. Overall, a great day of training!
