Last Saturday I was fortunate enough to attend the Eltiefts Sports Performance Seminar. I wasn't able to go last year, but attended the previous year. This years line up was awesome. I can't imagine a better lineup of speakers. I brought an intern, Adam, from our gym with us and we both took away a lot.

At my gym, The Strength Lab, we train athletes 8 years old - high school, collegiate, and professional. We really took a lot away from the seminar that will help up with what we do on a daily basis. I think regardless of what type of athlete , young kid, to pro athlete, this was a phenomenal group of speakers.

My favorite speaker was Jim Wendler. I've watched and read just about every thing he's put out there in the last decade. I've been training on a regular basis at elitefts for the past couple years, and I've never once seen him in person. Plus, his presentation was extremely applicable to what I do on an every day basis.

I can't recommend this enough to anyone in the strength and conditioning industry, or anyone looking to get in the field.
