Block 10, Wave 1 - OH

It's official, I suck when using the lighter 12" log at Colosseum. However, this isn't a bad thing, as training with harder equipment has always been a great way to get strong(er). I just couldn't find a rhythm today on log jerks (aaaaand that's what she said), so my reps were like a bunch of ugly singles awkwardly grouped together instead of a consistent set. Part of this may well be due to some small remnant of a reminder of my knee in the back of my mind, but I'll blame the log instead of my brain for today.
