I am ready to return to normal. I have my body a long rest and Hit the reset button. Time to dig in.

Squat belt and rehbands

135 for 3 sets of 8 225 for 3 325 for 3 495 for 3 500 for 3

This was a good starting point.

Deadlift.

I decided to not go as heavy today as I planned. My core was tired from squatting and I need to adjust to pulling after squatting again.

245 for 2 325 for 2 445 for 2 535 for 1 600 for 1

Glad I didn't push it. Core was feeling it by now.

Hex bar shrugs

100 for 8 200 for 8 300 for 8 350 for 8 400 for 8

Low Arch back good morning with squat stance

225 for 3 sets of 10

Done

Tonight was good. No pain and I enjoyed the night. My plan is to go slow and amp up a little bit by bit. I'm strongly considering going 531 for this day. It's simple and I did manage to squat 765 with wraps and pull 755 raw with it. If anything the 8 rep sets in the beginning will destroy......
