Tuesday even heading into the Arnold have been the same as the offseason, fix shit that sucks. Saturday and Sunday are the bulk of my training, so after a rest day, it's relatively easy to evaluate weaknesses and arrange Tuesday around them.

For me, my upper back can never be strong enough; I feel everyone should think that way-- or just the back in general.

So Tuesday is a back day, with a bunch of extras tossed in. Today was back, obviously, with tri's, bi's and abs.

Yeah, I said abs, judge me. This day is also an active recovery so weights are moderate and reps are high, mix that with short rest periods and I'm in and out in about an hour and a half.

Let's be honest no one is ready this to see how I attack my biceps, so all the reps and sets and exercises aren't listed. Plus I didn't log them this day, so I'd be making shit up anyway, all in all, this is a great way to start my Tuesday.
