Today our powerlifting squad hit heavy upper. They went to about their opener. After that the hit a 2-4 board (depending on their ROM) overload for a heavy single around their third attempt. All performed well. As of now we have 7 lifters competing at the Arnold in March. I am going to do everything in my power to help them all succeed and have their best meet. I should be able to hand off and wrap knees by then also.
