4 plates x 25 yds x 8 trips 45sec rest

I'm getting better, but these still suck. Hamstring feels OK. I'm scheduled for a PRP injection on Wednesday. I had one on my MCL in college and it worked wonders. I don't know if I need it at this point for my hamstring but it's not going to hurt anything so why not?
