Steve is switching up my programming quite a bit since I won't be competing for at least six months. I'm now squatting twice a week... Something I haven't done in about four years. Today was really enjoyable. The weight moved well, I had fun, and felt good. Even six working sets wasn't awful... I wonder if we're staying at this weight next week or not...
