After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

I'm going to be flip flopping between squats and deadlifts (still keeping things stupid light) for the time being. Going to keep using some pre-exhaustion stuff and quality exercises, I just have to continue to be smart about my exercise selection choice. I've got some busy weeks coming up with school kicking in, a new team of athletes starting, and more individual athletes and parents coming through the doors just about every day. Certainly a good problem to have.
