I’m currently in meet prep for the 2015 IPA Grand Prix Nationals at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on October 24th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Weights have slowly increased to acquire some more volume, and my bar speed is looking great for the weights I'm handling. My video skills sucked for the day, as some of the Purdue Barbell lifters came down to get in some heavy squats. They are approaching about a month out from their meet, so I am doing everything I can to help them get dialed in. They'll probably be back next week as well, as I believe they will be taking their heaviest squats of the training cycle. It was a good atmosphere we had, and I'm sure next week will match it.
Unfortunately, I will be losing a training partner due to college. He's still going to be driving down on the weekend's to train, but this means moving forward we're down to just me and Kyle. There is nothing wrong with this, but having Trey around has been a huge help. I'd love to get another guy (or girl) in, but that will be TBD. Chances are I'll wait until after the meet and see how things go. The crew is still strong on the weekends, and really that's all we need right now.
