This April, I competed at CPU Nationals, placing second in the 63kg open category with an 825 lb total, just one pound behind first place.

Deadlifts

While this was a deadlift rep PR, I still have a lot to work on with these touch and go style deadlifts. I need to work on finding the right tempo, and letting the weight rest more at the bottom instead of bouncing.
Paused bench

Working on wider grip with these paused reps. The weight is consistently feeling lighter in my hand, and my shoulders feel much more stable.
