The most weight I've had in my hands for awhile ( by 5 lbs) , but if felt great. A couple great friends and long time training partners Adam and his son Cooper are in town for the weekend. They just came up to train and hangout for the weekend. So, we benched today before they headed back to Cincinnati.

Accessories: Incline bench 225x5 x 5 sets superset reverse fly 5x20

Dumbbell neutral grip shoulder press 3x20 superset DB shoulder press x 20
