There was a slight improvement on shoulders this week. OHP is still a very weak movement for me but it seems like it is ever so slightly improving.

Side db raise 4 sets of 20

Incline Skulls 5 sets of 10 pyramid up to 45's per side

Kennelly's 35's 4 sets of 12

Band press down 4 sets of 15

Lat Pull down 4 sets of 12

Abs 4 sets of 20
