I'm going to press relatively heavy on Thursday, so I did sets of 5 on incline today with the neutral grip/football bar.

Accessory work - I'm not really used to training in a gym with machines, so I hit a few different row machines. Seated Row machine 1: I didn't like where the chest support was, but I did like the stretch it gave you as your arms extended. 3x10
Cable Seated row: 3 x10
Seated Row machine 2: I really liked this one, and will use it again. It had huge handles to allow you to grip it in various positions and instead of pulling it straight back you pulled it slightly up at the same time, which hit my upper back hard. 3x10 heavy
