Doing cardio not only keeps your ticker happy also increases your range of motion physically and emotionally. When do you get to push yourself through your thoughts where only you can just "be" right where you are with out thinking about your next move.

Doing cardio does this for me. Getting my heart rate up to where your only focus is surviving and becoming better and more efficient

. 20min intervals on the bike

10min intervals on the rower.

Hip mobility drills and sauna time.

Stay happy mind, body and soul.
