Being involved in Movement Guides has been an exceptionally rewarding experience. As a special education teacher I am all about measurable outcomes and helping others reach their full potential. So in many ways, our work with Movement Guides is very similar. Seeing improvements on a consistent basis is what keeps us moving forward.

The SquatGuide is not just about correcting and providing immediate feedback on the squat for all different types of athletes. It's implications are far reaching and impact daily life activities for many. I love this video of my friend Deb's dad getting some help improving his squat.
