Thursday was a raw day at the local place. Since there's really no way to put together a two week cycle for this meet, I just decided to copy the same workout as last week (315 for 5 singles), just to get some raw work in.

I hit my first 4 sets as planned, then went 335 on my last. It was so easy I said f*ck it (been saying that a lot lately) and did one more at 355.

The 355 was stupid easy, considering I was at a commercial gym with no chalk and crap equipment. I could have dome more, but this would have been risky, and at a week and a half out, I was already pushing it a little too hard.

And same as before, I had time for a few sets of machine rows before having to pick my kid up from the gym's baby jail.
