Still catching up, so here is last week's max effort and raw stuff.

I didn't do a raw bench session on Thursday because my shoulder was a bit beat up, so I'll start with Sunday

This was a max effort deadlift day and the exercise was a pull off of pin #3 with doubled monster-mini bands. I used a sumo stance because conventional has been beating my back up. I also used an over-under grip because of my recent difficulties with locking in my hook grip.

I worked up to 525, which I was pretty happy with. No sign of my grip failing, even with the heavy band tension.

Moved on to glue-ham raises, pulldown abs and dumbbell side bends.

Monday was a bench day and the exercise was a decline bench. We almost never do this so I didn't have a pr, but I worked up to 345, which was pretty good for me because my raw bench is still in the toilet right now.

Finished with a bunch of T-bar rows, dips and cable triceps extensions.

Thursday was a speed sumo deadlift day at the local gym. As with the last few weeks, the weight was only 315, with no belt and a double overhand grip.

I was feeling quite a bit better than the previous and my six sets went really quickly.

Finished with glue ham raises and planks

Friday was a raw bench day, and the plan was 6 sets of 4 with 275.

the first 5 went really well, so for the last set I decided to go all out on reps and got 10.

Was short on time, so I supersetted triceps rope extensions and face pulls for sets of 15/
