eat After having a year away from the platform and a terrible showing at the 2018 XPC Bench Bash, I'm gearing back up for a multiply bench only competition, the APF Pressing the Pieces Together on April 27th, 2019. This meet helps bring awareness and charity donations for Autism Awareness. I'm looking to compete at 132lbs and just have a good meet back, while running my new gym, THIRST, and rehabbing my low back issues.

This Tuesday leg training session was rather good and things were feeling great. With it being a Tuesday and being as far as as I am from my heavier upper body days, I feel like I can get after my training a bit more and be recovered. I'm still working on increasing my 10x10 on my squats as my low back and body is allowing. I'm basically just trying to buy my time until after the bench press meet is over, and then we'll pretty much go from there.
