Everything felt off today so I just stopped there. My lower back and hamstrings weren't firing right and it felt like needles sticking them when I tried to do anything with them. I believe it has to do with me doing nothing the last couple of days as we were waiting to see what Dorian was going to do so we just sat on the couch and watched TV. I figured a lazy day couldn't hurt...my back disagrees
