My daughter has started going to the gym with me a couple of times a week since it's summer time. This will be either great fun and one on one time with her or a lot of her asking "why am i doing this?" and trying to quit on me. LOL You can see her sitting in the chair on her phone as I'm doing the belt squat. Don't worry...she was done with her training for the day.
