  • 4 sets of 20 reps
Standing AB work
  • 120 x 15 x 4
I got to try out the new belt squat machine that Jeff Faber made for OBB and it works like a charm and seems to make the movement much harder than what I was doing. I had to stand on blocks since the Spud belt I was using is a bit longer than the dip belt others have been using. He's quite the skilled welder. Can't wait to do many activities on this thing.
