Honestly I was pretty nervous for this session. I knew today would be a challenge for me, but it wasn't the weight I was worried about. I was stuck training alone in a commercial gym with nobody I trusted to spot me. I had a rep range of 3-5 programmed for 31. My first set I only hit four reps because quite frankly I didn't trust it. I was able to pull my head out of my ass for the last two sets and comfortably get five reps
