Starting to feel tight and beat up, especially in my low back and glutes are tight as can be. I was probably over due for a massage and it felt like it during the massage. I usually do a little better job of taking care of my self but got lazy with it recently.

I feel like my back being so tight is a reason my deadlift has been a little off recently. My back and glutes being so tight is keeping me from getting in a good position. I have an hour scheduled next week and a half hour a few days before the meet.

I think this will really help me get in a good position in my deadlift set up. I highly recommend a good deep tissue massage along with chiropractic as you start to feel beat up or get close to a meet.
