It was suppose to be for a triple but my clavicle slid out on my second rep, hint why it completely stopped on the second rep.

Assistance work;

  • Low row 4 sets
  • Db tricep extension 6 sets
  • barbell over head press 4 sets
  • Pull UPS 5 sets
